World's Best Manufacturing Practice
Biogetix products are manufactured in China under certified and supervised international standards to comply with world's best practices. Factory and workers conditions are among the highest in China and comply with all industrial awards and conditions as well as workers' safety and comfort. Manufacturing defects are rare and are subject to a final inspection process to assure quality control.
Quality Assurance
Biogetix products are manufactured from the world's finest materials under world's best quality assurance practices. Each new design type is quality controlled and subjected to the following rigid testing: nickel release testing, salt spray (sweat) testing, wear and durability testing, and emissions level testing.
Training and Support
Biogetix can supply global trainers to train your sales force in the optimum way to present and demonstrate Biogetix products to retail customers. Direct Sellers with an independent sales force may book our global trainers to attend their training seminars, product expos or conventions.

Manufacturer's Warranty and 90-Day Replacement Policy
BIOGETIX warrants that its products will be free of defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of shipment of our product to the client. This warranty is without claim in the case of product damage caused by lightning, flooding, fire, acts of God, war or public disturbances whilst our products remain in the client's inventory.
In addition, Biogetix warrants that our products will be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal use for ninety (90) days from the date of sale of our products by the client to its retail customers, provided that said 90 days period falls within the above-stated one (1) year warranty period. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by DIY link removal, accident, misuse, ordinary wear and tear, or abuse of the product by the original user or by others, or uses other than in accordance with our instructions provided. If products should prove to be defective within the warranty period, Biogetix will accept it back and credit it or replace it without charge to the client company or its customer.
